Staten Island Real Estate Photography is now offering Virtual Renovations as one of our services. A virtual renovation can help prospective buyers see the full potential of your listing by showing them what a finished design can look like before the physical renovation takes place.  Whether your listing is a new construction that is a blank slate or an older property we can help you show your clients what can be done with a renovation.

All you need to do is let us know what your ideal vision for the space is.  

Step #1 - Give us instructions on how you want the room laid out.

You can do this by sketching out where you want certain elements such as walls, dining room position, kitchen island location, living room orientation etc… The more detail you can provide us the better we can deliver your overall vision for the virtual renovation.

Step #2 - Show us some design samples of the style you prefer.   

You can do this by showing us photos of furniture and interior design. Examples could be floor types, countertop finishes, lighting fixtures, cabinetry etc…
