HDR Real Estate Photography (25+ images). $225
The biggest challenge of interior Real Estate Photography is balancing the light in each room. To solve this, every interior image we take is made of three separate photos; a normal, a bright, and a dark exposure. These three photos are later combined into one image using computer software and image editing. The result is a more balanced and evenly lit image that retains more detail in the dark and bright areas.

Now more than ever prospective buyers are searching for future homes online. Give your clients the best possible presentation by allowing them to experience your listing with an immersive 3D Virtual Tour. Using the Matterport Pro2 3D Camera we can create a high definition 3D Tour that has been proven to increase traffic to your listing and increase time spent looking at your property online. Tour active until property sells.
Floor Plan. $95
Using the Matterport 3D capture technology we create highly accurate floor plans. Our Matterport Pro 2 Camera utilizes structured infrared light to capture depth data making for more precise information. Order a stand alone Floor Plan or add it to your Virtual Tour.
Video Tour. $250-$375
Statistics show that 92% of all home sales start with a click and 82% of homeowners want video as part of their home presentation. Property tour videos are a great way to get buyers excited about your listings. We offer short videos that are great for social media or long videos that are perfect for full tours of the property. Aerial Video is an additional charge.
Voice over Narration is a feature we offer for our video tours. This is a great way to inform buyers about specific property information and increase the quality of your presentation. Foreign language voice over narration in Chinese, Russian or Italian is also available upon request.
Drone Photos. $125
Give clients a complete perspective on your listings by providing them with Drone Photos in your presentation. Show the entire property in one image with multiple angles.

Twilight Photoshoot. $150
Ordering a Twilight Photoshoot is a great way to stand out with your property listing. We’ll arrive at your listing in the evening photograph your property at sunset!
Virtual Twilight. $65
Looking to enhance the exterior photos of your listing. After the photoshoot just let us know which exterior images you would like enhanced with a Virtual Twilight edit and we’ll deliver them to you by the next day.
Virtual Staging. $35
Give prospective buyers a head start on visualizing the potential of your listing with Virtual Staging. After the photoshoot just let us know which room you would like virtually staged and we’ll deliver them to you by the next day. We can also virtually stage images of your own too!
Virtual Renovation. $75
Help prospective buyers see the full potential of your listing by showing them what your listing will look like after a renovation. Our Virtual Renovations can completely transform a space into your ideal vision and make your client presentations stand out.
